Shatbhi Basu runs her professional bartending academy, STIR, has run her own show on mixology and has even authored a book on the subject. She was recently felicitated by Hon’ President of India – Ram Nath Kovind, as “First Ladies” for being the first in their respective fields.

The Empresa Hotel offers three world-class dining options on its premises, viz. luxury fine dine White Charcoal, a chic all-day Café & Otium Rooftop and Lounge.
