Cut thin slices of a cucumber and place it on your eyes for at least 10 minutes. The anti-oxidants and high water content relaxes your eye muscles and areas around the eyes. Repeat this daily.
Rosewater has many benefits, one of them being it’s cure for dark circles. Dampen a cotton ball with rosewater and place it onto your eyes for at least 15 minutes. You needn’t wash your face afterwards.
Herbal tea has many medicinal properties. It activates the skin and increases the blood flow to the affected area. Warm some water and soak the tea bags in it. Then, place them in a refrigerator for 5-10 mins. Place these bags on your eyes for atleast 10 mins.
Potato is an excellent bleaching agent which leaves your skin looking fairer with each use. Cut a potato into thin slices. Place one on each eye for atleast 15 minutes. You can also extract potato juice, soak a cotton ball with it and place them on your eyes.p for atleast 15 minutes. Wash your face afterwards.
A diet lacking iron and vitamins can have serious effects on your face. Eat more leafy vegetables and iron rich fruits like pomegranate. If you drink alcohol or smoke, it is time to let them go.
Stress, anxiety and keeping up longer for hours in the night disrupts the normal sleep cycle of your body. It is important to get a minimum of 6-7 hrs sleep in the night. Go to bed before 12 am in the night and make sure to not use your cellphone or laptop atleast half an hour before sleeping.
